Absolutely! Every plush you see on our website comes directly from official and licensed partners. We only carry official merchandise, so you can shop and cuddle with confidence!

Most plush toys can be gently hand-washed or surface-cleaned using mild soap and cold water. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat to keep them soft and fluffy.

Please refer to the care tag that comes with the plush.

We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 3 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, plush toys that have been opened or handled cannot be returned unless there’s an issue with the product.

Some plush lines do return, while others are limited releases.
